I enjoyed the article, Chris. It’s nice to see the rhetoric of Joseph Campbell used outside of a university pre-law lecture. Maybe if we as voting citizens realized that no superhuman heroes walk the earth, we would have a daily discourse with our elected officials as to how best manage the country instead of biannual coronations that leave us disappointed and weary.
