Shortly after Steve Jobs died, I wrote a post suggesting his role as the proxy leader for a generation without many great guides.

Thomas L. Day has a provocative piece up in today’s Washington Post about the failures of the Baby Boom generation.  You should read it.  (No offense to all you Boomers doing good things…like leading well).
